Next, we conduct a thorough property walk-through with one of our renovation experts. This step is crucial as it allows us to assess your space in person and gain a comprehensive understanding of your project’s requirements. There is no charge for this detailed evaluation.

Step 3: Proposal Review Call

Transparency is key at Construct & Renovate. Following the property walk-through, we’ll present you with a detailed proposal that outlines every aspect of the project. During a complimentary proposal review call, we’ll walk you through the proposal, explaining each line item in detail. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and ensure you fully understand the scope, costs, and timeline before making any decisions.

Step 4: Project Kickoff

Once you’ve reviewed and approved the proposal, it’s time to kick off your project! You’ll meet your dedicated Construct & Renovate team, which includes your project manager and interior designer. They will guide you through every step of the process, from start to finish, ensuring that your renovation dream becomes a reality. Our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
